The apartment is located on the ground floor and is 70 m² (750 sq ft) in size. It can accommodate two to four people. You will enjoy the airy and spacious feel under three-meter-high (10 ft) ceilings and delight in the abundant light streaming through the large windows. It is a fully-equipped apartment, which would also be suitable for a long-term stay.
The spacious, 27 m² (290 sq ft) lounge is located on the street side (east) and features an oak parquet floor. The comfortable three-seater sofa simply invites you to stretch out in front of the TV (82 cm / 32″, satellite reception) while a desk and reading nook with armchair and bookcase offer further distractions.
The bedroom is adjacent to the lounge and also faces the street so that it enjoys the morning sun. The double bed (size 1.60 m × 2 m / 5′ 3″ × 6′ 11″) with a pleasantly-firm mattress (firmness level 3) is fitted with two separate slatted frames and is placed against the wall – at just 2.30 m (7.5 ft), the width of the room does not allow anything else. There are two separate duvets. The room also features a wardrobe in which you can store your belongings and a dressing table with swivel mirror and stool.
The convertible sofa in the lounge can sleep two if required, with a bed area of 1.40 m × 2 m (4′ 11″ × 6′ 11″). If you wish, I can also supply a travel cot (60 cm × 120 cm / 2′ × 4′) for infants. All the windows facing towards the street are fitted with opaque net curtains and black-out drapes.
You will also find a fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, oven and dishwasher. The fridge-freezer offers sufficient space for your perishables. The appliances include a coffee percolator, an electric kettle and a toaster. Frying pans, saucepans and an abundance of crockery are also at your disposal. You can buy fresh produce at the local farmers’ market, which is on every day, and easily cater for yourself. Thanks to the washing machine (top-loader in the bathroom) and iron, you are also equipped for a longer stay.
The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower with glass dividing wall and separate overhead and hand-held showers. The bathroom enjoys daylight which comes in through the large, frosted window facing onto the yard.
Wi-Fi access is offered and can be used observing the usual rules (Wi-Fi terms and conditions in the rental agreement.)
You can load and unload your car in front of the house, but for parking we recommend the nearby multi-storey car park (diagonally opposite, 30 m away). Throughout the city’s central districts, a parking ticket (2 euro per hour) or resident’s pass is required for parking.
Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere in the building. The yard does not belong to the holiday apartment.
