The apart­ment is loca­ted on the ground flo­or and is 70 m² (750 sq ft) in size. It can accom­mo­da­te two to four peo­p­le. You will enjoy the airy and spa­cious feel under three-meter-high (10 ft) cei­lings and delight in the abun­dant light strea­ming through the lar­ge win­dows. It is a ful­ly-equip­ped apart­ment, which would also be sui­ta­ble for a long-term stay.


The spa­cious, 27 m² (290 sq ft) lounge is loca­ted on the street side (east) and fea­tures an oak par­quet flo­or. The com­for­ta­ble three-sea­ter sofa sim­ply invi­tes you to stretch out in front of the TV (82 cm / 32″, satel­li­te recep­ti­on) while a desk and rea­ding nook with arm­chair and book­ca­se offer fur­ther distractions.


The bed­room is adja­cent to the lounge and also faces the street so that it enjoys the mor­ning sun. The dou­ble bed (size 1.60 m × 2 m / 5′ 3″ × 6′ 11″) with a plea­s­ant­ly-firm mat­tress (firm­ness level 3) is fit­ted with two sepa­ra­te slat­ted frames and is pla­ced against the wall – at just 2.30 m (7.5 ft), the width of the room does not allow anything else. The­re are two sepa­ra­te duvets. The room also fea­tures a ward­ro­be in which you can store your belon­gings and a dres­sing table with swi­vel mir­ror and stool.


The con­ver­ti­ble sofa in the lounge can sleep two if requi­red, with a bed area of 1.40 m × 2 m (4′ 11″ × 6′ 11″). If you wish, I can also sup­p­ly a tra­vel cot (60 cm × 120 cm / 2′ × 4′) for infants. All the win­dows facing towards the street are fit­ted with opaque net curta­ins and black-out drapes.


You will also find a ful­ly-fit­ted kit­chen with coo­ker, oven and dish­wa­sher. The fri­dge-free­zer offers suf­fi­ci­ent space for your peri­s­ha­bles. The appli­ances include a cof­fee per­co­la­tor, an elec­tric kett­le and a toa­ster. Fry­ing pans, sau­ce­pans and an abun­dance of crockery are also at your dis­po­sal. You can buy fresh pro­du­ce at the local far­mers’ mar­ket, which is on every day, and easi­ly cater for yours­elf. Thanks to the washing machi­ne (top-loa­der in the bath­room) and iron, you are also equip­ped for a lon­ger stay.


The bath­room is fit­ted with a wash­ba­sin, toi­let and walk-in show­er with glass divi­ding wall and sepa­ra­te over­head and hand-held show­ers. The bath­room enjoys day­light which comes in through the lar­ge, fro­sted win­dow facing onto the yard.


Wi-Fi access is offe­red and can be used obser­ving the usu­al rules (Wi-Fi terms and con­di­ti­ons in the ren­tal agreement.)

You can load and unload your car in front of the hou­se, but for par­king we recom­mend the near­by mul­ti-storey car park (dia­go­nal­ly oppo­si­te, 30 m away). Throug­hout the city’s cen­tral districts, a par­king ticket (2 euro per hour) or resident’s pass is requi­red for parking.

Smo­king and pets are not per­mit­ted any­whe­re in the buil­ding. The yard does not belong to the holi­day apartment.
