You will enjoy the airy and spa\u00adcious feel under three-meter-high (10 ft) cei\u00adlings and delight in the abun\u00addant light strea\u00adming through the lar\u00adge win\u00addows. It is a ful\u00adly-equip\u00adped apart\u00adment, which would also be sui\u00adta\u00adble for a long-term stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spa\u00adcious, 27 m\u00b2 (290 sq ft) lounge is loca\u00adted on the street side (east) and fea\u00adtures an oak par\u00adquet flo\u00ador. The com\u00adfor\u00adta\u00adble three-sea\u00adter sofa sim\u00adply invi\u00adtes you to stretch out in front of the TV (82 cm \/ 32\u2033, satel\u00adli\u00adte recep\u00adti\u00adon) while a desk and rea\u00adding nook with arm\u00adchair and book\u00adca\u00adse offer fur\u00adther distractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bed\u00adroom is adja\u00adcent to the lounge and also faces the street so that it enjoys the mor\u00adning sun. The dou\u00adble bed (size 1.60 m \u00d7 2 m \/ 5\u2032 3\u2033 \u00d7 6\u2032 11\u2033) with a plea\u00ads\u00adant\u00adly-firm mat\u00adtress (firm\u00adness level 3) is fit\u00adted with two sepa\u00adra\u00adte slat\u00adted frames and is pla\u00adced against the wall \u2013 at just 2.30 m (7.5 ft), the width of the room does not allow anything else. The\u00adre are two sepa\u00adra\u00adte duvets. The room also fea\u00adtures a ward\u00adro\u00adbe in which you can store your belon\u00adgings and a dres\u00adsing table with swi\u00advel mir\u00adror and stool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Schlafzimmer-Doppelbett\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The con\u00adver\u00adti\u00adble sofa in the lounge can sleep two if requi\u00adred, with a bed area of 1.40 m \u00d7 2 m (4\u2032 11\u2033 \u00d7 6\u2032 11\u2033). If you wish, I can also sup\u00adp\u00adly a tra\u00advel cot (60 cm \u00d7 120 cm \/ 2\u2032 \u00d7 4\u2032) for infants. The appli\u00adances include a cof\u00adfee per\u00adco\u00adla\u00adtor, an elec\u00adtric kett\u00adle and a toa\u00adster. Fry\u00ading pans, sau\u00adce\u00adpans and an abun\u00addance of crockery are also at your dis\u00adpo\u00adsal. You can buy fresh pro\u00addu\u00adce at the local far\u00admers\u2019 mar\u00adket, which is on every day, and easi\u00adly cater for yours\u00adelf. Thanks to the washing machi\u00adne (top-loa\u00adder in the bath\u00adroom) and iron, you are also equip\u00adped for a lon\u00adger stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wi-Fi access is offe\u00adred and can be used obser\u00adving the usu\u00adal rules (Wi-Fi terms and con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons in the ren\u00adtal agreement.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can load and unload your car in front of the hou\u00adse, but for par\u00adking we recom\u00admend the near\u00adby mul\u00adti-storey car park (dia\u00adgo\u00adnal\u00adly oppo\u00adsi\u00adte, 30 m away). Throug\u00adhout the city\u2019s cen\u00adtral districts, a par\u00adking ticket (2 euro per hour) or resident\u2019s pass is requi\u00adred for parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smo\u00adking and pets are not per\u00admit\u00adted any\u00adwhe\u00adre in the buil\u00adding. The yard does not belong to the holi\u00adday apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
